Jack Mills was born in Calgary, Canada. He attended St. Mary's High School graduating with an IB diploma, winning best in grade certificates of distinction for World History and Theory of Knowledge. He attended the University of Calgary and graduated with a BA in Economics. He also holds a certificate in Graphic Design from the Alberta College of Art + Design. He attended Harvard for one semester.
While in university, Jack worked as a development intern for the Fraser Institute, Canada's top economic policy think tank. After graduating, Jack applied his understanding of economics and incentive programs to a variety of sales work. He taught economics at the Shenzhen Independent Preparatory Academy and at the prestigious ARCH Education company in Hong Kong.
He has also built a small private graphic design practice that has manufactured coffee mugs, t-shirts, and notebooks, with products distributed across the world from Switzerland to Oklahoma City. Past VIP clients include Samsung, Zuru Toys, Ming Aretê, Mark Milke, Curt Storring, Jorge Leon, The Conceptual Hunter, Buildingblocks Financial and the IdeaLabGZ.
His students have gone on to attend Shenzhen University, Hong Kong University, and Stanford.
